Attendance up 30 percent, costs down 25 percent, on a festival with a budget north of €100,000.
SRF Foundation needed consistent, professional communications output across fourteen regions with a lean team.
Took over the function solo after a departure, coordinating fifteen-plus interns and delivering the organisation's annual report end to end.
A full year of uninterrupted communications delivery, and a body of work that later fed directly into the case for pursuing an MSc in Business Analytics.
